Among the main ”old long-standing" customers stand out E.n.g.i.m. of Rome (Cifap-Bissau), Visba of Faenza, in Lombardia the Capuccini Friars, even Pharmaciens Sans Frontieres of Le Mans, France and the association Rock No War of Modena.

We assist them and we take care that all documents requested are in order.

We provide to collect the goods given to them as present from the various suppliers and we stock them into our depot. As soon as we reach the required quantities to fill up a container in accordance with the Persons in charge of the institute and with the consignees of the goods we directly proceed with the shipment.

Naturally each stage of the process are followed from our staff carefully and with a high professionality.

For Brasil for example before exporting it is required a disinfestation of used clothes. This kind of procedure must be done from proper Institutes which from their side issue a certificate as guarantee of the special treatment.

The same documentation will be used at destination as integral part of the various procedures for clearing the goods trough the custom.

In other occasions or for other countries there are particular ”paper" procedures as for example certifications which identify the nature of the shipment as gift of an humanitarian institute.
